FAPESP highlighted Fisher's research focused on innovation in fish farming.

Our work was highlighted in a publication by FAPESP Research for Innovation , which presented a project developed by Fisher with support from the Innovative Research in Small Businesses Program (PIPE/FAPESP). The article showed how applied research, engineering, and innovation are part of the development of solutions aimed at Brazilian fish farming.
Among the highlights of the publication is the production system developed by Fisher, which combines circular net cages, an automated solar-powered feeder, and a management model that reduces the need to remove fish from the water during the production process. The technology was designed to increase production efficiency, contribute to reducing mortality, and optimize one of the main costs of the activity: feeding the fish.

The report also highlights the importance of the partnership between Fisher and research institutions. The projects supported by PIPE/FAPESP involved the participation of researchers from the São Paulo Agribusiness Technology Agency (APTA) and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science at Unesp, reinforcing the integration between science and innovation in the development of new technologies for aquaculture.
The recognition from FAPESP marks an important moment in our trajectory and reinforces a commitment that remains present in Fisher's work: investing in research, development, and technology to contribute to the evolution of Brazilian fish farming.
